19A Idea Napkin 2

1) You - I am Gyuhyeok Choi, student in University of Florida. I'm hard working, positive, flexible and creative person. One of the strongest skills I have is organizing the problems or projects, and calculate the objects. I'm pretty social so I love meeting and eating out with my friends. On that situation, especially game days, I face the parking problems. One day, on game day, me and my friend couldn't find a parking lot in ale house. I just said to him what if we had some application or system like parking lot finder, and realized it was definitely a great idea. So I started to think about this. 2) What are you offering to customers? - This business is really simple, just help people to find out parking lots around them or specific location. 3) Who are you offering it to? - Main target would be drivers who are looking for parking spaces. At very first, I'm going to start this from Gainesville, then move on Florida and whole states. As I'm starting this fr...

18A - Create a customer avatar

My customer is the the person or people who drives car and looking for place to park in sudden situation, like us. There is no age limits, but I guess it would be above 18. As very first, I'm thinking of starting this from Gainesville to Florida, then whole states, so the customer has to live in Gainesville or Florida. It does not matter what kind of car they have,  but as it is for drivers, the customer needs driver's license. As it is smart phone application, the customer must have his own smart phone. I would say the man who has a job in Gainesville, around age 20-25 and love to go restaurants like Ale house. He has his own car, Toyota Avalon. Of course he got his license. He is definitely out-going person, always with other people, loves to talk with someone. As he is a busy business man, he has to check mails, documents, and text message frequently. I can say he lives with his Iphone. He loves using this app especially on football game days, so he can find the place to p...

16A Whats your Secret Sauce

1) Hard working - whether its good or not, I'm always trying to do something as much as I can 2) Un-stressed - I don't get stressed usually, trying to be cool and just accept and follow it. 3) Cautiousness - I don't gamble on decision makings, trying to find out safe ways 4) Positive - sometimes it looks pretty stupid, but I keep trying to be positive and be good. 5) Unperplexed - I don't usually surprised on sudden situations, i think i have a habit which calculates the worst situation on the moment. https://soundcloud.com/green-choi-766258851/sets/ent3003 I couldn't find a way to upload audio files, so I put those on soundcloud -) I feel so happy and moved, cause those interview was really great and means a lot to me. Some stuff were same, like hard working thing, but looks like I have some leadership and great human being. I would like to add my knowledge or passion on the thing I'm interested in, and leadership

1)  Tenaciousness is a competency   - I would say hard-working and creativeness. I'm losing those recently, but I do believe hard-working and being diligent helps my entrepreneurship.  I know people generally remember the result, instead of process. Sometimes i would lose or fail on something with hard-works, but I believe those that attitude would snowball my whole life, personality and relationship. Creativeness is definitely required on entrepreneurship, I believe creativeness can cover every thing.  2)  Tenaciousness is also about attitude   - The reason why I came to United States is to study sports management, study and experience baseball. When I was in Korea, I was always passionate on baseball. To can get any single opportunities to get involved in collegiate or professionals, I emailed, tried to contact someone in the organization and made something. Of course, I'm still passionate on the thing I love and trying to do something, but as a juni...

1)About an entrepreneur  I read about Steve Jobs and his decisions, or i can say stubbornness was impressive. I do not think these makes sense with his entrepreneurship, but he did whatever he wanted and imagined. He was fascinated in philosophy and literature in college, I can say that would be his first challenge, study whatever he wants in college. However, he dropped classes. Later, he said it was cause of financial problems, but who can easily decide to drop out of college like him? College has been almost mandatory education these days. College or studies has been necessary stuff of our life, but he did and follow whatever he wanted and believed.  As i mentioned above, definitely his stubbornness.  On any successful person's chronicle, what all they did is do whatever they want, trust what they believed, follow the thing what they love. Of course, it was also on Steve Jobs's life. Definitely, as life, society pressure us, some people could not even find the thing ...
