1) Engineers - Most of my friends are studying computer science and I believe they are great on making smart phone application - inimitable

2) Idea - My idea is definitely decent, as Gainesville is facing parking lot problems frequently, especially on game days. - valuable, rare

3) Experience on service - Although it is smart phone application, it is basically focused on providing service and convenience. I can accept and figure out what they want on my business. - valuable, inimitable

4) Potential - Tons of people in Gainesville use car and of course they park. Definitely this business would be in high demand. - valuable.

5) No need of tangible resources - It is app and it is for providing convenience and service. It does not need tangible resources. - rare or valuable

6) Local business, but can be bigger - Basically, I planned this business for my personal convenience, just for finding out parking lots in Gainesville. However It can be bigger as it is general needs of people.

7) Management skills - I'm currently in sports management major, which is derived from management. I do have management skills and that would help my business. - valuable

8) won't charge money from customer - I'm not going to do business non-profit, however I would make profits by advertisement or something else, not by customers.

9) Creativity - Me and my friends who would love to help my business are definitely creative people, our creativeness would make this application better(like caring the its design or convenience on using app)

10) Unperplexed - I don't usually surprised on sudden situations, i think i have a habit which calculates the worst situation on the moment, so I can figure out the problems well, when i face it.

I think my personality, unperplexed is the best resource i have. I don't really get stressed and always do something by calculating the worst results. It could sound like I'm pretty negative, but by preparing and caring the worst case, I can prevent accident, which happens a lot in business.
