Existing Market – As I mentioned on past
posts, and the trend of these days is relating business with another, like Uber
plus restaurant; Uber eats.
Interview 1: Younghoon, College Student in
Santa Fe

He loves Uber, no more words to
explain about him. He usually stays home and does not really prefer to go outside,
and orders food. I talked with him about this business and what would come up
next. He agrees with my idea, relating restaurant business with car services.
The reason why he agreed with my idea is, he said ‘There is reason why people
use their car, to go somewhere or to eat something.’
Interview 2: Ben, College Student in UF

He agrees with my idea, but he
said then I should focus on customer service really well. He said to survive in
car service industry, as it is also ‘service providing’ service, I have to
focus service as the most. Once the company makes problem on it, they would
move to competitors.
Interview 3: Hyung Park, College Student in
UF

He used to use Uber a lot, but
not using it since he got his own car. He said just like Uber eats, It would be
great if I can relate my business with others. Actually, he recommended me to
connect my business with Uber. Because, in detail, Uber is not a real
competitor of us, they are car pool service and mine is just parking space
finder. He said maybe Uber drivers can help us, such as update the parking
spaces are vacant or filled.
New Market – I couldn’t find any related
new market and person in to the business related to my business.
I would have to agree with Ben. With the car service industry a lot of the times people struggle with the customer service. To ensure that the customers are extremely satisfied you would need to monitor every transaction and have the customer rate the experience, like uber currently does. I think connecting with uber could be a good idea but I think having sensors on the parking block or in the parking spot connected to the app could make it very reliable and more efficient.
